Predict Your Weak point
Halt the addictive behavior as scheduled.
Write down the dangerous effects of your addiction, this list includes all the negative effects you have experienced since your addiction started.
Make a list of positive changes you want in your life. This is important since you will think about how much your life will improve once you have stopped the habit. Think of your life after addiction.
Set a date to quit addiction. . Do not set it for more than a month from now, because you might lose your determination by then.
Seek personal and professional support. It might not seem like it now, but you are going to need all the support you can get during your journey to overcome addiction.
